Flying

I have been passionate about airplanes and flying for as long as I can remember.

Playing for hours with flight simulator as a kid, For my 13th birthday, my father got one of his best friends to take me on a small Cessna-172.

I guess, as a third generation to pilots, it kind of makes sense. My father was an airforce pilot.

My Grandma (from the other side) was Yael Rom - the first female pilot to graduate from the Israeli airforce flight training program.

It got more serious when my father decided to buy a kit to build a small twin-engine bush airplane.

At 19, I started working on my licenses, first on a Cessna and later on the twin-engine and ultralight certifications so I could fly solo on our AirCam. Today you can catch us cruising around Israel skies.

And here is my son Tom, whose favourite activity happens to be going to the airport 😅.
